The Ode is printed on professional quality 100g weight paper at high resolution. The 2mm thick cream bevel cut mount is cut by hand and is of archival quality and therefore acid free.

The frame is specially made for us and we use plastic glass which is light and virtually unbreakable.

The final framed Ode dimensions are approximately 29 x 34 cm.

We Securely pack our products and guarantee them to reach you in pristine condition.

INSTRUCTIONS:
To create a personal Dual Name Ode we just need three decisions from you.

Firstly - Choose from two high quality frame designs.

Secondly - Select the desired border colour and design from a choice of 5.

Thirdly - To make the dual names totally unique give us two personal details about each of the individuals and we will compose a gift specially tailored to be personal and amusing. ie: Sophie likes Gary Barlow and enjoys walking on the beach. James loves his Audi sports car and enjoys playing golf)

Additionally - If there is a known date for the Wedding, Engagement, Anniversary or other Special Event. Let us know and we will add it at the bottom of the Ode. Also If you wish you can add a personal message at this point.

PROOFING PROCESS:
You will have the opportunity to approve the Ode before the final printing. We are dedicated to making our customers satisfied and the proofing process is used to make sure you are entirely happy (and dare we say, even delighted with your order). Before we finalise, print and send your dual name ode, a proof will usually be prepared and emailed to you within 5 working days of your order being accepted, once we have received your approval by email we will dispatch the finished article.

(Please note: Sometimes at busier times of the year, proofs may take slightly longer than stated, and in this unusual case, we will keep you notified by email when to expect your proof).
